Shortline
Applied to every upload in this batch, right after the video lands on YouTube. Custom thumbnails need a verified YouTube account; without verification YouTube keeps its own auto-generated frame.
Pinning cannot be automated — YouTube has no API for it. Once the comment is posted, the Queue tab gives you a direct link: open it, three dots, Pin. A channel with a default comment set uses that whenever this box is empty.
Patterns can use {title}, {description} and {website}. They are replaced with the real values when you apply the template.
Description, keywords, country, default language and the banner image can all be set from here, on as many channels as you like at once. The round profile picture cannot — Google has never published an endpoint for it, so no tool can change it. That one is done by hand in YouTube Studio, once per channel.
Loads from the first selected channel so you can edit what is already there instead of starting blank.
Empty fields are left untouched, so you can push one shared description to fifty channels without disturbing their titles. YouTube sometimes ignores title changes made through the API — if a title does not move, change that one in Studio.
YouTube wants 2048 x 1152 pixels or larger, under 6 MB. The safe area for text and logos is the middle 1235 x 338 pixels — everything outside that is cropped on phones.
YouTube's public API reports a video's upload status, its rejection reason, and any processing errors, warnings or hints it produced — all of that is below and it is real. Community Guidelines strikes and copyright strikes are not in the public API. There is one endpoint for standing, and it needs a restricted permission Google grants to multi-channel networks. This app asks for it on every check: if your account has it, the standing appears; if not, it says so. For strikes and Content ID claims, YouTube Studio remains the only complete source.

The Analytics API has its own quota, so this does not spend your upload budget. But most numbers run 24 to 72 hours behind. They are not live.
Every video published through this tool that has no comment from you yet. Tick the ones you want, write the comment once, and it is posted on all of them.

Columns: video_file, title, description, tags, channel_ids,
publish_time, privacy, made_for_kids, pin_comment
video_file must match a filename already in your library. Separate several channels with a semicolon.
made_for_kids must say yes or no.
Until your Google project passes YouTube's API audit, every video uploaded through it stays Locked To Private and cannot be made public. That is YouTube's rule, not a fault in this tool. The audit request is free and you make it from the Cloud Console.
Every user brings their own credentials: your own project, your own daily quota, your own audit. Nobody uses anyone else's quota.
The daily upload limit comes from Google, not from this tool. When you hit it the queue pauses itself and starts again after midnight Pacific time. Nothing for you to do.
Turning shared credentials on means every upload on the platform comes out of your single project's daily allowance, and the audit is your responsibility. Leave it off and each user adds their own credentials and brings their own quota.
These apply platform-wide. Limits already set on an individual account stay as they are — change those in the user table below.
